Walk into a 3-story modern luxury lake home characterized by a cozy, rustic, farmhouse design and spacious layout. Our property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests! This family-friendly property also accommodates guests with a large, 6-person hot tub, expansive patio/balcony areas, and swim pier for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy indoor entertainment with Shuffleboard, adult & family board games, or unwind by watching a sports game or movie on one of our extra large TVs! You will walk into the main/middle level which consists of one master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bath is exquisite with a soaking tub and large walk-in shower. The main floor has an open kitchen, stocked with essentials as well as additional cooking gadgets including an air fryer and kitchen aid mixer. Perfect for a family dinner! As you walk outside from the main level, there is a balcony overlooking Smith Lake with lots of seating. The home boasts an amazing outdoor entertaining space equipped with a Blackstone grill and outdoor dining for 6! Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds and a shared bathroom. All beds feature hotel quality linens and quilts. The bathrooms are supplied with luxury toiletries and hotel-quality bath linens. Downstairs leads to the open-concept basement/game room that opens to the patio area with the hot tub. A full bath is available down the hallway along with 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom contains a king size bed and the other has two separate twin over queen size bunk beds. The game room features a large TV with a sitting area, Shuffleboad, and a table for all the board games! For the warm months, we offer lake equipment for use such as floats, chairs, and a kayak. Ask about our pontoon boat! We have a 2023 Godfrey AquaPatio pontoon for rent at an additional cost. The boat is docked and ready for use upon your arrival!
